UK Space Design Competition

BHASVIC students competed in the London heat of the UK Space Design Competition at Imperial College on Saturday 2nd December, along with 250 students from other schools. The challenge was to design a space settlement on the Moon in just 8 hours and then present their ideas to a panel of judges in front of a packed lecture theatre. BHASVIC's team won the event and they now go on to the National Final in March. Twelve of the best student contributions at the final will be selected to represent the UK at the International Space Settlement Design Competition at NASA, Kennedy Space Center, Florida!
