2022 Newnham College Essay Prize

Congratulations to former BHASVIC student Rose Rowland who has been awarded 2nd place in the Woolf Essay Prize at Newnham College, Cambridge University. 

2022 Newnham College Essay Prize - Due to a change in the structure of the Essay Prize Competition this year, winners are splitting the prize money with their previous college or school. BHASVIC will be awarded £100 which Rose has kindly donated towards books for the college library for purchasing: The Second Sex by Simone de Beauvoir, The Waves by Virginia Woolf and Women's Words: The Feminist Practice Of Oral History by Sherna Gluck.
