BHASVIC gains Skills Builder Award

BHASVIC has been working with The Skills Builder Partnership to highlight the importance of 8 essential skills students need for future applications and employment. This is a pilot project, where students have been reflecting on their skills, using a benchmarking tool and discussing their strengths and areas for development. The framework is being used in 430 schools and colleges and with over 200 employers to support everyone to build the skills needed for success. The college has received a Bronze Award in its first full year of using the framework and will continue to embed this across the college.
