Award-winning theatre company 'Paper Birds' performed their production of ‘Broke’

We were delighted to welcome the award-winning theatre company, ‘Paper Birds’ who performed their production of ‘Broke’ which covers current social issues such as displaced families, gambling addictions and food poverty. Real life stories from the front line of poverty and debt in the UK.

The Paper Birds theatre company are on the A-Level syllabus and are recognised as the UK leaders in Verbatim Theatre. The production was followed with a Q & A and workshop, to help the students with the devising process which they will undertake for Component Two as well as within their written responses in Component Three.
