Opportunities to work with BHASVIC 

The college is keen to work with employers in a number of ways. Listed below are some suggestions of relevant activities and points within the academic year when employers can get involved:

During Skills Week, all first year students will be sourcing their own work placement and any additional offers of work experience at this time will help them.

Work Experience placements, shadowing and insights  

First and second year students can undertake work experience around their timetable. Employers can be added to our database for when a student is interested in gaining work experience.

Second year students go on study leave in May. Sharing your vacancies before then will help us to promote your opportunities.

Target tutorial groups or subject areas for those students who are interested in work after college

The NHS has been a longstanding partner at our annual Futures Fair which has been running since 2016 in its current form. Students have the opportunity to interact with professionals from a wide range of professionals.
