Welcome to the BHASVIC Netball Academy where you will have the opportunity to train and play alongside your academic studies.

The Netball academy aims to develop and nurture talented Netball players by focusing on skill development, physical fitness, teamwork, leadership and personal growth. This is achieved by providing high-quality coaching, training and academic support to ensure that students balance their athletic commitments with their academic studies, promoting overall excellence.

As well as skill development and match play members of the academy will have access to fitness and strength and conditioning sessions which will take part in BHASVIC’s new functional gym.

These players will have competitive opportunities to represent the college at local, regional and national levels, with those exceptional players being nominated to trial for higher pathways.

The academy will have two squads consisting of the highest performing players at the college with both teams competing in the Sussex County League Division 1. Additionally, teams will enter the Sussex Cup, National Schools and AOC competitions.

23-24 season Success:

In the 2023-2024 season the BHASVIC 1^st team squad won the Sussex County League Division 1 with a 100% record and are current holders of the Sussex Cup.

In the current 2024-2025 season they have qualified for the regional round of the National Schools competition, after successfully competing in the Sussex round.
